About the Role

Jai Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced French Team Leader to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication skills to lead our French-speaking team and ensure high-quality delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaches the team to ensure quality of delivery meets the appropriate standard
  • Measures and manages the team to address out-of-line situations immediately
  • Communicates information in a timely, accurate and understood manner to all team members

Requirements

  • French speaker with professional fluency level B2 or higher
  • Previous Team leader experience in a call center/BPO (at least 2 years)
