About the Role
The Human Capital & Transformation Practitioner plays a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of human capital processes and transformation initiatives across Talent Evolution Ltd. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide integrated coordination and operational support to ensure alignment with legislative requirements, governance standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support all Human Capital processes and policies.
- Maintain and update the Human Capital document management system and employee records.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Capital function.
- Resolve Industrial Relations matters by drafting correspondence, maintaining documentation, and recording minutes.
- Implement Human Capital policies and programmes to ensure legal compliance and consistency in people practices.
- Assist in reporting and compliance monitoring to minimise people-related risk.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer preparation.
- Administer the performance management system and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organisational structures and role profile libraries.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and probation activities for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Facilitate bi-annual induction programmes and structured exit processes.
- Coordinate Employee Wellness initiatives, including wellness programmes and Employee Assistance Programme facilitation.
Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6 or 7).
- 35 years HR generalist experience.
- 35 years experience in transformation and B-BBEE.
- Previous B-BBEE audit experience preferred.
- Experience within a listed real estate environment will be advantageous.
