Job Description

Our company is seeking a Junior Sales Administrator, based in Gauteng to provide support to the Sales Team. The candidate must have experience with the following technologies, practices and/or principles In addition the candidate should be willing to learn, open to criticism, confident enough in their own experience and skills to offer support to the Sales Executives and Sales Management Team as per below, Sales Executives PRP in accordance with weekly matrix Sales sitrep SE target support and quality control Marketing material Co ordinating with head office to ensure SEs are equipped Sales Executives Area allocation Mfiles Quotes follow up and conversion SAP quotes follow up and conversion Customers with no waste T1 and T2 New business with no sales Management reports for key reports eg Adding Daniels to Sustainability Training registers for customers (Mfiles) Co – ordinating SE training with Sales Management Team Mfiles SE assignments CAPA SE assignments and CAPA monitoring Top 20 customers Monitor sales, tender dates (source document Contracts Register) Drop in sales Action items for key accounts Requirments Microsoft Office SAP Good organisational skills Time Management High attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks in order of urgency Valid drivers license and personal transport is imperative Working experience of 3 years minimum
