About the Role
The Admin Clerk position at Route Management in Bloemfontein requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the department. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Attorneys to ensure effective case management and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal administrative support to the department to enhance effectiveness
- Provide a broad spectrum of services under the supervision of Attorneys
- Locate case information and open and maintain files for effective case management
- Copy, scan and file new instructions and allocate accordingly
- Adhere to deadlines and juggle multiple calendars
- Prepare cheque request and conduct reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly reports
- General secretary/admin duties
Requirements
- Grade 12

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent writing skills essential
