About the Role
A well-established, multi-disciplinary Psychology Practice in Claremont, Cape Town is seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to oversee operations, HR, governance, and administration for a growing team of approximately 30 staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and disciplinary processes
- Manage associate contracts, compliance tracking (HPCSA, POPIA), and claims administration oversight
- Supervise reception and support staff, facilities, suppliers, IT, and data security
- Ensure governance, risk management, medical aid audit oversight, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate external service providers (HR, IT, legal, insurance, marketing)
- Provide executive-level operational support to the Practice Principal
- Drive continuous improvement of systems and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in practice or operations management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and practice management systems
- Strong IT capability

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) not specified
Salary & Benefits
- R25 000 – R35 000 per month (CTC), market-related and dependent on experience
