About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Capturer to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing, verifying, and maintaining data across various business systems to ensure information integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture and update data from source documents into the company’s systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of captured information.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based filing systems.
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors promptly.
  • Generate routine data reports as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Data Management, or related field (advantageous).
  • Proven experience in data capturing, administration, or clerical work.

  • Excellent computer literacy proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
