About the Role

WMS Secure, a unique real estate company in CTP, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their team. The ideal candidate will specialise in the sale, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial spaces. This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial property market and a proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and market commercial properties for sale and lease.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and investment assessments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and property presentations.
  • Stay informed on local property trends, zoning regulations, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to support transactions and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Commercial Broker, Property Consultant, or Real Estate Agent (commercial sector).

Valid Real Estate Practitioner license (EAAB/PPRA registration if in South Africa).

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of commercial property markets and investment analysis.

Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities.

Goal-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
