About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Say Shy Distribution in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and market research approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct external sales and cold calling activities to secure new clients and business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Increase revenue by “sealing the deal” and expanding our client base
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales support
  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Solid external sales and cold calling experience
  • Ability to connect, network, and build client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Initiative to conduct market research
  • Professional, well-spoken, and presentable in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements) with own reliable vehicle
