About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Financial Practice Manager to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control and compliance within our financial practice. You will work closely with our staff to ensure high standards of service delivery and maintain our reputation as a trusted accounting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff within a finance or accounting setting
- Perform reviews, internal audits, or quality control assessments
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement and monitor internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Registered with SAICA or SAIPA in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a professional accounting practice environment
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or managing staff
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in SAGE 50 accounting software
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
