About the Role
The Client Engagement Manager – CRM will be responsible for delivering business and client value through the execution of our Client Engagement strategy. This role involves managing the development and implementation of client engagement campaigns, programmes, and prompts across the client engagement life cycle, as well as contributing subject matter insights towards the improvement of client engagement strategies.
