About the Role

As a Sales Representative in Telecommunications at Career Crew Ltd, you will be responsible for selling telecom products/services to clients, managing the full sales cycle, and exceeding targets. You will need strong communication, relationship-building, and product knowledge skills, as well as proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Greet customers, listen to needs, and provide expert advice on telecom solutions (VoIP, mobile, data).
  • Sales & Presentation: Conduct product demos, explain features/benefits, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • CRM & Admin: Accurately track activities, manage pipelines, and submit orders using CRM software.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven direct sales experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and articulate value.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (depending on role).
