About the Role

As an Office Administrator at HR-Simplified Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and facilitating communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties required in the office
  • Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems
  • Capture data accurately on all systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist with preparation of correspondence, reports, and basic documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer and direct all telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Receive and assist all visitors and clients
  • Ensure office supplies are monitored and ordered with adequate stock availability
  • Assist with diary management, meeting arrangements, and bookings
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
  • Ensure documents are stored in line with company policies and POPIA requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Assist with audits, record checks, and information requests
