About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial finance, asset-based lending, or equipment finance
  • Proven track record in client-facing and relationship management roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
