About the Role
Medical Resources Group is a specialist healthcare recruitment and staffing company seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our services and looking for an experienced professional to help us deliver high-quality placements in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and placement confirmations
- Conduct reference checks and basic compliance verification
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on internal systems and the ATS
- Proactively develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Conduct client visits and recruitment needs assessments
- Present recruitment solutions aligned to client requirements
- Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment
- Proven business development and client acquisition experience
- Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Target-driven and able to work independently
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence (if not already held)
