About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content and Design Specialist to join our dynamic team in Durban. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that brings our brand to life across social and digital platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and short-form video.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing ideas into compelling and commercially effective creative content for digital, social, and retail channels.
- Create and produce trend-led content, with a strong emphasis on short-form video and TikTok, to enhance the brand’s presence and connect with the audience.
- Conceptualize and execute high-volume creative assets, including social media posts, advertising creatives, e-commerce visuals, and in-store marketing materials.
- Support the creative execution for all brands ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and identify new content opportunities that align with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready artwork for both digital and print formats, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Effectively manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Deliver a minimum of two short-form video pieces (Reels/TikTok) per week across at least two of the brands.
- Consistently produce high-quality digital media assets as briefed by the Digital Manager, aligned with the campaign timelines.
- Produce at least one direct marketing creative element per week to support customer communication initiatives.
Requirements
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing Design, or a related field.
