About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
- Build scalable REST APIs using Node.js and Java
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design
- Optimise performance across front-end and back-end systems
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Collaborate with products, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React
- Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot advantageous)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Version Control experience (Git)
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
