About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of B2B Growth & Commercial Marketing to lead our integrated marketing efforts across paid media, organic channels, email, and owned media channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Lead integrated marketing across paid media (Meta, Google, Programmatic), organic channels, email, owned media channels and CRM
- Manage performance marketing
- Design and own the end-to-end B2B growth strategy across hospitality, adventure and wellness services
- Translate business objectives into measurable pipeline and revenue targets
- Build a scalable acquisition and retention engine from the ground up
- Drive high-quality MQLs, SQLs and revenue contribution
- Ensure brand positioning supports performance marketing outcomes
- Work closely with sales leadership to align with lead qualification and pipeline priorities
- Improve lead quality and conversion through tight marketing-sales integration
- Develop lifecycle strategies to increase repeat bookings, account expansion and long-term client value
- Implement segmentation and nurture journeys across CRM and email
- Audit current marketing activity and identify growth gaps
Requirements
- 5 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership
- Proven experience managing paid media budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with measurable ROAS
- Email marketing expertise (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) with demonstrated revenue impact
- SEO and organic growth strategy experience
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills (GA4, attribution modelling, cohort analysis)
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or deals/coupon industry strongly preferred
