About the Role

Lydenburg Toyota is seeking a skilled Workshop Foreman to join our team in Lydenburg. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all repairs are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the workshop team to ensure efficient completion of repairs
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify defects
• Develop and implement repair plans and schedules
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Recognized Motor Mechanic Trade qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ workshop experience
• Fully bilingual
• Good communication skills
• Toyota franchise experience will be an advantage (not essential)

Qualifications

• Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. National Diploma or equivalent)
• Relevant certifications or training (e.g. Toyota technical training)
