About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in building and managing digital advertising accounts for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality deliverables, drive data-driven decision making, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients’ advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building, managing, and optimising digital advertising accounts
- Analyse campaign metrics, draw conclusions from data, and create summary reports for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding account performance and advertising strategy
- Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI
- Write compelling ad copy and assist with budget management and ROI analysis
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of digital advertising account management experience
- Certification: Must be certified in relevant advertising platforms
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with major advertising platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management software
- Data & CRM: Understand the importance of first-party data and how to connect advertising accounts to CRM solutions
