About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual merchandising and product placement of our stores align with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure correct merchandising and product placement in line with company guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and product information are accurate and visible
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management
- Provide feedback and reports
- Ensure products are clean, functional, and well-presented at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of previous merchandising experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sales principles
