About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager Tourism to lead growth initiatives and expand our international footprint for a leading travel company based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, meeting revenue targets, and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize proven experience in a sales and marketing role within the tourism or travel industry.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Plan, attend, and represent the business at international travel shows, trade fairs, and roadshows.
- Build and maintain relationships with international agents, tour operators, and travel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics.
