About the Role
The Production Manufacturing Superintendent role is a critical position that oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced to requirements, quality standards, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Occupational Health and Safety standards, managing subordinates, and coordinating production and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- Grade 12
- Production Management-related qualification
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position (preferable)
- High level of numerical ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Experience in Industrial Relations
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety systems
