About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to lead our team and drive innovative brand solutions for our clients. As a seasoned creative leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our overarching creative vision and brand identity, while driving high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the overarching creative vision and brand identity
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team (design, copy, multimedia, social, etc.)
• Ensure all creative outputs (internal and external) are aligned to brand tone, positioning, and visual direction
• Provide senior-level art direction across all media channels
• Multimedia & Campaign Oversight:
• Oversee and approve concepts, artwork, layouts, scripts, photography, videography, and final production outputs
• Ensure excellence in creative execution across Radio, TV, and all Print Media (including billboards and large-format installations)
• Guide multimedia and videography teams in producing compelling brand-aligned narratives
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging
• Communicate creative rationales clearly to stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Collaborate with Social Media teams to ensure tonal and visual consistency across platforms
• Performance & Data-Driven Execution:
• Lead performance-driven creative campaigns that optimise engagement and measurable outcomes
• Use data and insights to refine creative direction and improve campaign effectiveness
• Team Development:
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development for creative team members
• Foster an environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and creative excellence
• Operational Delivery:
• Manage creative workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Implement structured processes to improve efficiency within creative operations
Requirements
Agency experience is mandatory. Proven exposure across Radio, TV, and full Print Media (including billboards) is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams is a must. Capability to conceptualise and deliver large-scale, high-impact campaigns is required.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Brand Communication, Multimedia, or a related creative discipline is mandatory. Minimum five years senior-level creative experience is required.
