About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing quotations, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone or email to provide quotations aligned with their requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers
- Establish and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities
- Process orders for customers and ensure they are followed through to completion
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience in the IT/ICT industry is advantageous
- Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (advantageous)
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
CompTIA N Required or other Networking related qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification advantages (Degree or Diploma)
