Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking skilled Electronic Technicians or Junior Electronic Engineers to join our client’s production and technical team. This role focuses on PCB-level fault finding, electronic assembly, testing, repair, and manufacturing support of low-voltage electronic systems. The successful candidate will work directly with electronic circuits, components, and embedded control systems within a structured electronics manufacturing and testing environment. This is a hands-on electronics role involving circuit-level diagnostics not general electrical installation work. Key Responsibilities Perform fault finding, troubleshooting, and repair on PCB-based electronic systems Diagnose and repair electronic circuits at component level (ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, microcontrollers) Conduct PCB assembly, soldering, and rework of electronic components Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to analyse electronic signals Test, calibrate, and validate electronic systems and assemblies Support production, manufacturing, and electronic assembly processes Assist with prototype assembly, testing, and product refinement Work with embedded electronic systems and control circuits Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements Maintain accurate testing, repair, and production records Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Technology, or related field OR proven hands-on experience in PCB-level electronics repair and assembly Strong electronic fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Experience with PCB soldering and electronic component replacement Ability to use diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters Understanding of analogue and digital electronic circuits Experience working with electronic components such as ICs, capacitors, resistors, and transistors Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy Advantageous Experience working with embedded systems or microcontrollers Exposure to electronics manufacturing or production environments Experience with signal-based systems (RF, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or telecom electronics) PCB design or prototyping exposure Experience working with safety-critical electronic systems
