Job Description

We are looking for a Business Service Agent that is Bilingual in Afrikaan and English CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Manage (read, assess, respond, resolve) incoming emails from 5 addresses in Hubspot Shared Conversation Inbox (approx 170 emails per day) with response time targets. Create ticket for further processing (depending on POP; Order; Accounting Query). ORDER PROCESSING – DEBTORS/CUSTOMERS Create Quote / Invoice from Email / Phone order / Hubspot Ticket (/- 50 per day) Send Quote via Email / From Accounting System Capture Orders – Quotes & Invoices – on order tracking software. Follow up on Quotes to check whether customer received it and whether they would like to proceed with the order. For this role, the skills, qualifications and experience listed below are important, but we believe that to be great in this job you are likely, first and foremost, to have a talent for understanding of and commitment to quality customer care and service provision with the willingness and ability to follow administrative procedures to a high standard. This is what we expect above all else. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good telephone manner. Excellent interpersonal skills Computer literate with keyboard skills and experience in Microsoft software. Good typing skills. Good administration skill for recordkeeping Listening and Understanding Skills Good with numbers and maths Excellent accuracy and high attention to detail Work strict to meet deadlines Professionalism: personal presentation and conduct Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Organising and planning skills Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility Ability to carry out orders as instructed Work as part of a team Work in an organized and methodical way
