Job Description

My client, in PE, is seeking a skilled EPLAN Designer with a strong background in the automotive sector to join their team. You will be responsible for developing detailed electrical designs, schematics, and documentation using EPLAN Electric P8 , supporting the design and integration of electrical systems for automotive manufacturing and automation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge automotive projects within a collaborative engineering environment. Education: NDip/BEng in Electrical Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: 3 years of experience working with EPLAN Electric P8 in an automotive or vehicle production environment. Strong understanding of electrical control systems, PLC I/O, and panel design. Create and modify electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN Electric P8. Support the manufacturing process, ensuring production quality and efficiency. Develop documentation including bill of materials (BOMs), cable schedules, and terminal diagram. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g. IEC, ISO, and UL) and client specifications. Apply now!
