Job Description

Professional Experience: 3-5 years managing industrial projects, specifically involving packings, gaskets, seals, and related equipment in power stations or heavy industry. Proven track record in coordinating supply, installation, maintenance, and replacement of packings and gaskets in high-pressure, high-temperature systems. Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, contracts, budgets, and schedules. Extensive knowledge of compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations (SHEQ). Qualifications: Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (advantageous) Safety, Risk Management, and Contract Management Training Key Competencies: Project planning, execution, and monitoring of gasket and packing installation/maintenance projects Vendor and contractor management Budgeting, cost control, and procurement oversight Risk assessment and mitigation, especially for sealing systems in critical equipment Team leadership, mentoring, and coordination Relevant Contract Experience: Managed gasket replacement and packing projects at [Power Station / Industrial Facility], including boiler, turbine, and pump systems. Delivered projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Coordinated inspections, quality checks, and performance monitoring of sealing systems.
