About the Role

A reputable law firm in Hatfield, Pretoria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have completed their LLB degree and be eligible to apply for their right of appearance in South African courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with court cases and document preparation
• Conduct research and gather information for cases
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Provide support to clients and colleagues as needed

Requirements

• Completed LLB degree from a recognized South African university
• Eligible to apply for the Right of Appearance in the High Court
• Strong academic record with exposure to key legal modules (Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Contract Law)
• Own reliable transport / valid driver’s license
• Computer literate
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English / excellent written and verbal communication skills
