About the Role
We are seeking a Full Trails & Lodge Administrator Couple to join our luxury 5-star game lodge in the Greater Kruger area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest and staff experiences, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- All payment requests & creditors
- Payroll Administration
- Petty Cash
- Vehicle Admin
- Handling staff issues
- Updating of staff files
- Hosting duties
- Relief of staff duties on cycle leave
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification (advantageous)
- At least 4 years’ experience in hospitality in an administrative role
- Bush lodge experience preferred
- 5* hospitality experience ideal
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of XERO & Res Request (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Trails Guide: FGASA 2 Full Trails
- Trails Guide: DEAT registered
- First Aid certification
- Advanced Rifle Handling certification
- Valid driver’s licence and PDP
