About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Admin to join our team in Johannesburg North. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage reception area, including filing and maintaining records
  • Perform basic admin duties such as data entry and correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a reception role, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
