About the Role
An established accounting practice in the Northern Suburbs requires a mature, professional Front Office Administrator to manage their confidential front office and administrative operations. This role demands integrity, discretion, and strong organizational ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate professional switchboard
- Welcome clients in a discreet and professional manner
- Manage directors’ diaries and schedules
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support
- Maintain SAICA & IRBA CPD registers
- Support FIC compliance requirements
- Manage FASSET training records
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Monitor internal policy compliance
- Manage client onboarding & offboarding
- Maintain accurate client records
- Ensure FIC documentation compliance
- Support confidential client documentation processes
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Previous experience in a professional office (accounting / legal / financial services preferred)
