About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Aftersales Controller to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dealer aftersales management, excellent technical skills, and a strong ability to support dealerships in growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidelines and contribute to growth and profitability for dealerships
- Offer direct and indirect support on technical-related issues and customer care problems at dealership level
- Develop solid understanding of dealer service and profitability strategies, including forecasts, marketing activities, monthly and quarterly targets, vehicle retention, service programmes, best practice initiatives, CSI action plans, and more
- Travel extensively within South Africa to provide support to dealerships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in Dealer Aftersales
- Proven track record as Service or Aftersales Manager
- High-level computer literacy
- MS Office knowledge
- ERP System knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request

- Annual salary package of up to R 950 000, based on experience
