About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in industrial fasteners, adhesives, and engineering consumables. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term customer relationships, and expanding market share within the industrial, manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through consistent engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in industrial fasteners, adhesives, and engineering consumables.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of fastener applications and engineering tools.
- Established network within manufacturing, mining, construction, or engineering sectors in South Africa.
- Valid South African drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
