About the Role

Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in East London on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records and ensuring accurate invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers)
  • Handle invoicing and maintain accurate records
  • Capture and reconcile transactions using Pastel Accounting Software
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and support month-end processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a bookkeeping or similar role
  • Proficient in Pastel Accounting Software
  • Solid understanding of GRV and invoicing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
