About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Mediterranean Restaurant in Hazelwood. As a key member of our management team, you will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, utilizing your expertise to drive success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run service effectively, ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Train and roster staff to complement the team’s needs
  • Manage various departments, including:
  • Waiters/Runners
  • Baristas
  • Cleaners
  • Reception & hostesses

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • At least 2 years of experience running a busy restaurant
  • Financial and management skills

Qualifications

  • Formal Certificate or Diploma (optional)
