About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Mediterranean Restaurant in Hazelwood. As a key member of our management team, you will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, utilizing your expertise to drive success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Run service effectively, ensuring excellent customer experience
- Train and roster staff to complement the team’s needs
- Manage various departments, including:
- Waiters/Runners
- Baristas
- Cleaners
- Reception & hostesses
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years of experience running a busy restaurant
- Financial and management skills
Qualifications
- Formal Certificate or Diploma (optional)
