About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spares Contact Administrator to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales office, mining, or engineering environments and will be able to effectively manage contracts and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spares contact information and ensure accurate records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Maintain contract management systems and reports
- Meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a sales office, mining, or engineering environment
- Previous exposure to contract management is advantageous
