About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent for SA Commercial (Pty) Ltd, you will be working from home on an out-of-hours shift basis to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as shifts may vary within the specified timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using internal booking and form system
- Utilizing Webex, Outlook, and other communication tools to facilitate seamless customer service
Requirements
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and empathy
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Strong administrative and data-capturing skills
- Comfortable working night shifts and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and experience using communication platforms
