About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Human Capital Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As part of SAICA’s transformation into an insights-driven organisation, we are looking for a professional who is eager to innovate, embrace data-driven decision-making, and contribute to shaping the future of the accounting profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support to the Human Capital department team members
- Act as first point of contact for HC-related queries from employees and external stakeholders
- Handle various administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes and reporting
- Create and maintain employee files on various systems
- Assist with employee engagement and termination process
- Act as custodian of the HC information system
- Upload and terminate employees on the HC information system
- Maintain and update employee records on the system
- Deal directly with service providers on system-related issues
- Draft HC communication to staff as and when required
- Maintain the Organogram Schedule and keep record of Stakeholder Meetings
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Degree in Industrial Psychology (qualification desirable)
- At least 2 years of experience in HC Administration
- At least a year of providing support to business on Human Capital systems (performance, recruitment, etc)
