About the Role

FJJ Consultation Services, a well-established Sanlam Blue Star Financial Services business based in Bellville, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to support our Financial Advisors in providing exceptional service to professional clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Financial Advisors to prepare for appointments with clients, including gathering necessary documentation and information for client portfolio reviews.
Process new business and investment applications, capturing and submitting NUB applications timeously and following up as required.
Manage and obtain outstanding requirements, such as medical information, bank details, and FICA documents.
General administration of client information on the data basis.
Handle client queries via written and verbal communication.

Requirements

Grade 12
Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services, investment, and life assurance industry
Good knowledge and understanding of financial products and investments

Salary: R25000/month (negotiable based on relevant experience and skills)
