Steelpoort: Branch Manager

About the Role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team in Steelpoort and driving business growth through effective project management, resource utilization, and relationship-building with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address critical training and development needs to enhance staff performance
• Plan, implement, and manage projects to meet agreed timelines while adhering to planned cost budgets
• Ensure optimal utilization of all resources, including human resources
• Manage the business development function, identifying new opportunities, monitoring market trends, and assessing competitors and customers
• Maintain safety standards and comply with company safety instructions and requirements
• Meet with suppliers and customers to resolve issues
• Facilitate motivation, loyalty, and goal-directed activities among employees, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure work meets company standards and adheres to operational and financial targets
• Provide Technical Support for key accounts
• Ensure On-site Technicians are present to service key accounts and provide private technical sales support
