Job Description
About the Role
The Operations Crew member will be responsible for collecting and delivering clients’ money, providing proof of delivery and collection, and maintaining radio contact with controllers. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Custodian and requires a strong focus on customer service, quality assurance, and incident prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver clients’ money
- Provide proof of delivery and collection
- Receive, sort, and distribute consignments
- Report all delays to the Branch Manager immediately
- Maintain radio contact with controllers
- Take preventative action towards any suspicious activity
Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification
- Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate
- Firearm competency with a minimum handgun qualification
- At least 2 years experience in the security industry or similar role
- Clear disciplinary record
- Valid driver’s license
