About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Recruitpro Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for engineering and IT roles in Pretoria East. This involves proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels to meet individual placement targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering and IT roles
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Advertise vacancies on platforms such as PNet and Placement Partner
- Manage and update candidate databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet and exceed individual placement targets and KPIs
- Handle all associated administrative duties related to the recruitment process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- Demonstrated confidence and success in cold calling and business development
- Proven ability to source, screen, and place quality candidates
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement Partner, and PNet, Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the team from day one
