About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is looking for a talented finance professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on group-level financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review group consolidated accounts for executives and board reporting.
- Review and validate subsidiary financial statements.
- Assist with technical queries and prepare or review supporting documentation.
- Train and support finance managers on consolidation and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to change initiatives and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Share innovative ideas to improve operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Newly qualified CA with 1 – 2 years post-article experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ IFRS reporting experience.
- Experience in group-level reporting and consolidations.
- Comfortable engaging with executives and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a corporate, professional, or finance environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with reporting systems (e.g., Cognos Controller) is a plus.
