About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a warm and guest-focused FOH / Spa Therapist for a luxury safari lodge situated in the Balule area of Greater Kruger. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys guest interaction, is confident managing front-of-house responsibilities, and can deliver professional spa treatments to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests, ensuring a warm and professional lodge experience
- Assist with guest check-ins, communication, and daily lodge coordination
- Support meal hosting and assist with service flow where required
- Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist with basic administration and lodge reporting as required
Requirements
- Previous front-of-house or guest-facing experience within a lodge or high-end hospitality environment advantageous
- Qualified Spa Therapist with relevant certification, or proven spa treatment experience
- Confident in guest engagement, hosting, and service recovery
- Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and multitask within a small team
- Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment
