About the Role
As a Returns Officer at Gadget Boss, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the returns process, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and positive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly and accurately
