About the Role
The Chief Operating Officer at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) will lead and build high-performance regional and channel leadership teams to drive sustainable revenue growth with strict margin and cost discipline. This role involves overseeing national retail store network, ensuring inventory control, stock turn optimization, and shrinkage mitigation, as well as managing payroll ratios, commission governance, and cost-to-income metrics.

- Experience in telecommunications, retail, or high-volume consumer environments
