About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team at Century City in Milnerton, Western Cape. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and promoting our skincare products to customers. Your expertise in advanced skin care and ingredients is essential to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on skincare products and treatments to clients
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range and make recommendations to customers
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Work effectively as part of the team to achieve sales targets and promote the brand
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
- Internationally recognized Diploma in Skin Care/Cosmetology or Somatology
- Highly presentable with good skin and appearance
- Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
- Able to work long hours on your feet, including standing for extended periods
- Prior Salon, Aesthetic Clinic, or SPA experience is required – at least TWO years post graduation
- Positive attitude and team-player, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
Qualifications
- Formal education in Skin Care/Cosmetology or Somatology (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- R10,000 – R16,000 Basic Salary per month (based on highest qualification achieved)
- Retail Commission – eligible for earning after completing 3-month probation
- Incentives at management’s discretion
