About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on WinQS, DimX, and MS Office
- Develop and manage budgets, cost plans, and contracts
- Resolve disputes and manage risk associated with construction projects
- Provide effective communication and people skills to clients, contractors, and team members
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a professional Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost planning, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in Quantity Surveying (if applicable)
