About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in the Western Cape, Cape Town CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quantity surveying services, including budgeting, cost planning, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost plans
  • Conduct contract management and administration
  • Resolve disputes and negotiate settlements
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Utilize WinQS, DimX, and MS Office for data management and analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as a professional Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience in budgeting, cost planning, contract management, dispute resolution, and risk management

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certification in Quantity Surveying (if applicable)
